Terms of Service for Galyx.com (A Naviscent Company)
This ToS adds sections on payments, purchases, service delivery, refunds (cross-referencing the new Refund Policy), and enhanced liability protections for automated services and premium content.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of galyx.com (the "Site") and our services, including downloads, pre-orders, automated consulting services, and premium content purchases (collectively, the "Services") provided by Naviscent LLC, doing business as Galyx ("we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ or have legal capacity to agree. Services are available worldwide, subject to local laws.
2. Use of Services

Permitted Use: Access content, download templates/guides/workbooks in exchange for email, pre-order books, purchase and receive automated consulting services or premium content.

Prohibited Use: No unauthorized copying, distribution, hacking, spamming, or illegal activities. We may terminate access for violations.

User Content: Any submissions (e.g., feedback, consulting inputs) grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use.
3. Intellectual Property
All Site content, templates, guides, workbooks, consulting outputs, and premium content are our property or licensed to us. You get a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use. No resale or modification without permission. We retain all IP rights globally.
4. Pre-Orders, Purchases, and Payments

Pre-Orders: Subject to availability; processed via external platforms if applicable.

Purchases: For premium content or consulting, you submit payment and required information (e.g., project details for services). Services are automated and delivered via email or download link.

Payments: We accept credit cards via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). By providing card details, you authorize charges, including applicable taxes. All sales are in USD.

Delivery: Premium content is delivered immediately post-payment; consulting outputs within [specify timeline, e.g., 24 hours] after input submission.

6. Disclaimers and Liability
Services, including automated consulting and premium content, are "as is" without warranties. We disclaim liability for indirect damages, including from service outcomes or content use. Total liability limited to the amount paid for the specific service (or $100 if free). This applies worldwide, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Indemnification
You indemnify us against claims from your misuse, including data submitted for services.
8. Termination
We may terminate access anytime. Provisions like IP, liability, and payments survive.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governed by California law (US users) or applicable local law (global). Disputes resolved via arbitration in San Francisco, CA (AAA rules), or courts for small claims. For EU users, consumer rights apply.
10. Compliance
You comply with export laws, anti-bribery (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act), and data protection globally.
11. Changes
We may update Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
